Our team is interested in cell fate decision and stem cells biology using mouse as an animal model. One of our focus concerns the formation of the first cell lineages of the embryo and more precisely the specification and segregation of the pluripotent epiblast (EPI) and the primitive endoderm (PrE) within the ICM (read more). Another focus of the laboratory concerns the characterization of pathways regulating stem cells maintenance (read more).
Our team is part of the Mouse Functional Genetics Unit headed by Jean-Jacques Panthier and rattached to the Department of Developmental and Stem Cell Biology from Institut Pasteur headed by Shahragim Tajbakhsh and the CNRS URA2578 headed by Francois Schweisguth. Our team is part of the labex REVIVE on Stem Cells and Regenerative Medecine.
